Mrs. Mayhew is a product of Prince George’s County Public Schools. She attended MLK Academic Center in Beltsville, MD for Middle School. She grew up in Laurel, MD. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in History and Secondary Education from Towson University. She has worked in Prince George’s County Public Schools since 2007. She received her Master’s Degree in Special Education from the University of Maryland. She is a Maryland Certified Teacher Special Education, Geography (6-12), Middle School Social Studies (4-9), History (6-12), and Social Studies (6-12). She loves to teach. Some of her interests are theater, music, art, soccer, ice skating, traveling, and organizing.
