Oklahoma City Public Schools is committed to a standard specifications-based, interoperable teaching and learning ecosystem. Learning platforms, tools or digital content are expected to comply with open (1EdTech) interoperability standards (specifications) along with other specific software requirements.
All partners are encouraged to obtain certification by the 1EdTech Learning Consortium as a platform or tool for the standards listed below. Partners must provide certification numbers; if not provided, a timetable for certification should be provided prior to any implementations. Partners are also expected to remain current with the subsequent versions and applicable extensions, and receive certification within a “reasonable” time period for each applicable standard:

Data Privacy: Partner with 1EdTech's Data Privacy team to address any noted areas of concern and make updates to meet the expectations and requirements of the certification
LTI and LTI Advantage Certification: Specify the LTI extensions (Deep Linking, Names and Role Provisioning Service, and Grades and Assignment Services) that each tool or platform supports.
Common Cartridge® (CC®)/Thin Common Cartridge® (TCC®) version 1.3 Certification

Support of CASE version 1.0:
Content must be aligned to standards using the Competency and Academic Standards Exchange CASE-based identifiers where the state department of education has published state academic standards directly in CASE compliant format.
Support of Caliper Analytics: Partners should be able to receive and/or send Caliper data.
Single Sign On Requirement:
To ensure the various core systems, as well as other applications are accessed securely, we are requesting vendors/products unable to meet any of the open (1EdTech) interoperability standards (specifications) listed above, be compatible with both SSO and Rostering specifications in Clever.
