Apple Products

Schools and departments purchasing technology for instructional use must contact their site's ILET representative for assistance in planning their purchase (guidelines and procedures, professional development, changes in pedagogy,  and reporting) PRIOR to TPR submission.  Please keep in mind, this is required for all technology acquisitions including Donors Choose or other Grant offerings.

All mobile devices (laptops, iPads, Chromebooks) purchased for student use must be stored in an OKCPS Information Technology Services department (OKCPS-IT) approved security and charging cart.

All Apple purchases require an Apple Purchase Proposal created by the OKCPS Client Services Department
