Schools and departments purchasing technology for staff and student use must contact the Educational Technology Services (ETS) department for assistance in planning their purchase (guidelines and procedures, professional development, and reporting) PRIOR to TPR submission. Please keep in mind, this is required for all technology acquisitions including Donors Choose or other Grant offerings.  Contact your ILET representative for assistance. 

All non 1:1 mobile devices such as laptops, iPads, Chromebooks or Chrome tablets purchased for student use must be stored in an OKCPS Information Technology Services department approved security and charging cart.
