• Software for Business Automation: Any software intended to streamline departmental or workgroup processes.

• Hosted Systems: Systems residing on district servers or cloud platforms.

Before procurement, all digital content, services, and tools must undergo a rigorous review process.

OKCPS strongly recommends adherence to the district's Interoperability Expectations to facilitate smooth and secure integration of digital solutions.
