Embedded Files
The manualWSI software creates a pyramidal tif file (or SVS file) and is not shipped with a software for viewing, annotating or analyzing the scan.
The virtual slides are readable with the Viewers/Libraries listed below:
Desktop Viewer Applicatons:
Cloud Viewer Applications:
There are a lot more viewers available that might be compatible. If you know any compatible or incompatible software, please send a short email to jb@microvisioneer.com.
