Google Sites
I learned how to easily upload videos and electronic resources to a place online that students can access from home. I also learned that documents saved into Google Drive all have a link - students can email me their link for a project, or put their link into a Google Form for me. Having music videos for Spanish online has increased student motivation in class because now the videos are not just teacher tools, but tools they can use at home. It also has helped students access the correct Quizlet set for the chapter we are studying. The Google Site really has centralized where students need to go for my class, instead of jumping around to many sites.
I saw students taking time during our lab day to watch the Spanish music videos we used in class and to watch and listen to other songs by Spanish-speaking artists. In other words, I saw increased student motivation and engagement.
