Google Classroom has changed the way students and teachers can interact with Google Drive. This video was released just prior to the release of Google Classroom in August, 2014. While it is now three years old and a lot has changed, it is still a great overview of how Classroom works.
Tech Nerd Services has a screencast that goes through all of the basics of Google Classroom.
EdTechnocation.com has created a great video playlist of how to work all things Classroom. Some of the assignment features have changed slightly, but the segments are short and to the point. You can find that playlist here.
