Exam 3 consists of analysis of small business cases presented in the New York Times. For each of the following cases, answer these questions. I anticipate that answering the two questions below should take 2 - 3 pages for each case. Feel welcome to include more but no less than 2 full pages. 1. Summarize the article and the issues faced by the small business.

2. Make a detailed recommendation to the business owner about the course of action they should pursue to best address the situation they face.
