On iMac (Apple Computers):
Hold Command⌘ + Shift + 3
The screenshot will be SAVED to the DESKTOP
Drag and drop the screenshot file into your STEM Journal
(or use Insert > Image > Upload From Computer > Desktop)
On PC (Windows Computers):
Hit the 'PrtScn' button (top row, 3rd from the right, next to F12)
It has only been COPIED to your clipboard (an imaginary place in the computer)
You need to PASTE it into your Journal by hitting 'CTRL+V'
there are other ways to take screenshots with different programs as well
try researching it if these steps do not work!

You can also take a video on your iPad!
First, film the video of your project (like the Robot Arm) on your iPad
Next, upload/share your video from your iPad Camera Roll to Google Drive
Finally, INSERT the video into your STEM Journal slides
