To provide a common language for professional discussion
To provide a road map for professional discussion and growth
To provide a system of support and clear expectations for new teachers
The Becker Schools Instructional framework, based on the research of Dr. Robert Marzano, guides the process of continuous improvement of teaching and learning in the district. This framework is a set of research-based strategies or practices organized into following four domains.

Reflecting on Teaching
Collegiality and Professionalism
