If there is time in your schedule, you can have your child enjoy himself/herself by participating in a fun break like:

Outdoor Fun/Recess/PE

• • Do 25 jumping jacks. Take a fast-paced walk or jog around the block.

  • Sign up on GoNoodle to access fun and active exercises for your child at GoNoodle

  • Make up your own game, write down the instructions.

  • Go outside and ride your bike or scooter.

  • Find a rock and paint it to be a pet rock! Write about its adventures!
