How to Apply for HPSS, OXFORD COUNTY, and TVDSB Awards
Each year at Commencement thousands of dollars in awards and scholarships are awarded to deserving Huron Park students of all academic levels and backgrounds. To be eligible to receive an award, you must complete the online Awards Application.
Step 1: Join the HP Awards and Scholarships Google Classroom - code:
Step 2: *under Classwork* Read through the descriptions and criteria for each of the HPSS, OXFORD COUNTY, and TVDSB Awards listed.
Step 3: *under Classwork* Complete the 2024/2025 HPSS Awards & Scholarships Application (once only) and TURN IT IN.
Step 4: *under Classwork* Complete the online TVEF Application (once only)
Step 5: *under Classwork* Submit your two Reference Letters (once only) in PDF form - TURN IT IN.
Step 6: *IF an award states that financial need is a consideration, you must complete and submit the Financial Need Form that is posted *under Classwork* Financial Need Form - TURN IT IN. You only need to complete the Financial Need Form once.
Important Note: To be considered for all awards, you must submit both the HPSS Application (via Google Classroom) and the online Thames Valley Education Foundation (TVEF) Application, including any supporting documents (e.g., reference letters, financial need form, essays, etc.). In most cases, both applications will require largely the same information.
Some awards require a special application. These will be clearly indicated in the criteria, and the application form will be available there as well.
