The Elementary Pathway Lead teacher will take Grade 8 students through the process of putting their course selections into myBlueprint.

Course  selections should be based on the individual students interests, ambitions, learning style and goals. In order for this to happen, students should speak with their teachers and parents/guardians when selecting courses.

Steps to Register from a TVDSB School:

1. Plan your courses by reviewing the course calendar

2. Login to myBlueprint username: schoolusername@gotvdsb.ca and school password

3. This guide helps navigate myBlueprint to choose and submit courses

4. Print the sign off sheet from myBlueprint and submit to your grade 8 teacher by February 13, 2026

5. If applying from out-of-area please complete and email the following form to (h.heming@tvdsb.ca) by Friday, February 13, 2026 at 12 pm.: Out of Area Application form

Steps to Register from a non-TVDSB school:

1. Complete Online Pre-registration Tool OR print, complete and email the  Student Registration Form to h.heming@tvdsb.ca - due Friday, February 13, 2026 at 12 pm.

2. Select Courses by printing, circling and emailing the Course Selection Form to h.heming@tvdsb.ca - due Friday, February 13, 2026 at 12 pm.

3. Provide proof of address via email (e.g. copy of a utility bill, phone bill, rental agreement, etc.)

4. Provide proof of citizenship via email (e.g. copy of passport, birth certificate, permanent residence)

5. If applying from out-of-area please complete and email the following form to h.heming@tvdsb.ca: Out-of-Area Application form- due Friday, February 13, 2026 at 12 pm.

6. Copy of Individual Education Plan (I.E.P.) - if applicable

7. Anticipated Notification of Acceptance for Out of Area: Thursday, February 19, 2026
