Description:
Train Youth (Peer) Courts on crossover youth and add this to the training curriculum. Connect Youth Courts with Foster Care advocacy group. Hopefully formalize a policy and procedure for using Youth Courts to hear cases in which crossover youth actions at group homes (like stealing from the home or pushing staff) are criminalized.
