Welcome to the Spanish Class

My name is Javier Rodriguez and I am very excited to teach Spanish at Grace N. Rogers Elementary School.

Students will receive Spanish instruction for 40 minutes. During that time the students will be learning to speak, comprehend and write simple phrases and sentences in Spanish. The content will be divided by thematic units and will be presented using engaging songs, games, and interactive activities.

I am a native Spanish speaker. I was born and raised in Spain. I am very enthusiastic to teach my language to my students.  

Learning a foreign language is not only fun but will open a whole new world to your child. Students who are able to speak more than one language will have advantages over other students in both the college application process and eventually the job force.
