Overview of Status of Analysis, Design, Fabrication, Tests, etc.

• • Made 4 coil test beds for 24 and 32 gauge wire

    • Qualitatively tested them against 36 gauge test bed

  • Need to test efficacy of stirring positions that share coils

Accomplishments from Previous Week

• • Tested different wire gauges in magnetic coils

    • Measured coil resistances to later calculate current, power draw and field strength

  • Manufactured iron cores in house

  • Added button for speed control to stirrer prototype

  • Created 3D model for casing
