Ramp Infused Vodka
Ramp Infused Vodka
750 ml quality vodka
5-6 small ramps, cleaned and trimmed
Fill a quart mason jar with vodka. Place ramps into the jar. Secure the lid on the jar and shake well.
Store the infusion in a dark place at room temperature for 7 days.
Remove the ramps and strain the vodka through a coffee filter into a separate container.
Use the vodka for Bloody Marys, vodka sauce, and the like.
