Copper Sun: We invite you to participate in an adults-only book club on January 12th from 10-11:30am to discuss the content in Copper Sun. This conversation will focus on the importance of teaching our students the "hard history" of human enslavement and how to deal with the violence and difficult content the book addresses. If you are interested in participating in this discussion, please email Ms. Sugar at ksugar@brooklynprospect.org, and we will send an extra copy of Copper Sun home with your child so you can read the book beforehand.

For more information please find a full letter to 7th grade families here.
