Volunteer

With over 560 students and around 45 committees, the Broadmeadow PTC needs your support to make our programs successful! We need people who will give an hour of their time during one of our weeknight events just as much as we need people who will lead one of our year-long committees. With our large variety of programs, there is something to fit everyone's schedule and interests!

Interested in volunteering? Please fill out this form

Committee chairs will contact you during the school year with information about the help that is needed and you can decide if you have the time and interest to help out. Filling out the form is NOT a commitment!

Want to know more? Check out what we do or contact the committee chair. We are happy to help!

SEPAC Liaison

The Needham Special Education Advisory Council (SEPAC) is not a PTC committee, but rather a district-wide parents' organization that provides information for parents and advocates for children in the Needham special education program. Monthly meetings are held to inform parents on issues of general interest and topics specific to Needham. Many topics are applicable to all Needham parents, not just those with special needs children. For more information, contact the Broadmeadow liaison at Needham SEPAC.

Note: In order to volunteer in the school building (e.g. field trips, classroom and Media volunteers), you must fill out a CORI form and Confidentiality Agreement and turn them in to the school office before volunteering. These forms are good for 3 years, so if you've never filled them out, or if it has been a while, please download the forms from the Needham Public Schools website under Volunteer Forms.
