SPRING ONLINE AUCTION AND RAFFLE NOW LIVE!

Click here to participate in our annual Spring Social Online auction, which will remain open until 10 pm on Friday, May 10th. The online auction and raffle are open to all families, and you don't need to attend the Spring Social Masquerade Evening event to win (you do need a 32auctions account login). Let's rally behind Broadmeadow and our children by participating in our second-largest fundraiser of the year!

You can bid on a number of amazing auction items and buy raffle tickets for teacher experiences and kid's baskets.

PTC BOOKKEEPER NEEDED

The PTC is looking for someone with a basic understanding of Quickbooks to serve as our Bookkeeper. The job requires approximately 5 hours per month of work and can be done on your own time! If you are interested or know someone who might be a good fit for this role, please contact Cara Karelitz and Liz Prasse at bulletins@broadmeadowptc.org.

STAFF APPRECIATION DAY

We are looking forward to recognizing Teacher Appreciation Week next week with our Staff Appreciation Breakfast and raffles. Thank you to those who have already signed up to donate. We are still missing a few items for our breakfast. Please consider signing up to contribute to help show our teachers and staff how much we appreciate them!

If you signed up to donate gift cards, please be sure that they are dropped off at 78 Broad Meadow Road no later than tomorrow, Friday, May 3rd.

Donations for the breakfast can be dropped off at school from 7:15 - 7:45am on Wednesday, May 8th. Non-perishable items can be left at 78 Broad Meadow Road in the PTC-labeled bin on the evening of May 7th if you prefer. Disposable servers are requested.

BOOK PALS AND BOOK SWAP

During the period of Monday, May 13th - Wednesday, May 22nd, please donate new and gently used books to those in need! We are once again partnering with Brownies for Books, a Needham High School organization that collects books and distributes them to hospitals and shelters in the Greater Boston area. There will be bins placed outside the front door and inside the foyer at car line to collect preschool to adult-level books.

Plus, mark your calendar for our annual Book Swap! If you donate at least one book, you can come to the Performance Center on Thursday, May 23rd after school from 2:45 - 3:45pm or during the Art Show from 6 - 7pm to select a book of your own. The remaining books will be delivered to Brownies for Books. Volunteers are needed to help organize donated books, supervise tables, and pack up donated books at the end of the event.
