Thank you to Hazel's Bakery for contributing cookies!
Questions? Please contact Marianna Drootin, Kellie Noonan, and Mari Shor at staffluncheon@broadmeadowptc.org.

END OF YEAR GIFTS
As the school year comes to an end, donating to the End-of-Year Broadmeadow Staff Gift Fund is the perfect (and easy!) way to show appreciation to all of our Broadmeadow teachers and staff who do so much for the students and families in our community!
This includes:
Full and Part-Time Classroom Teachers and Teaching Assistants
Specialists: Art, Media, Music, PE, Spanish, Technology
Student Support Staff: Adaptive PE, ELL, Guidance, Literacy Specialists, Math Specialists, Occupational Therapy, Psychologist,
Special Education Staff, Speech/Language, SLC Staff
Administrative Staff: Cafeteria Staff, Custodians, Nurses, Office Staff
As a service to parents, the PTC pools all donations to the Staff Fund and then distributes Amazon gift cards and handwritten thank you notes to all staff. The deadline for participation is Friday, May 30th.
There are two ways to make your tax-deductible contribution:
VenMo: You can send money to the Broadmeadow PTC Venmo account (@BroadmeadowPTC). Please note as the "Staff Fund".
Cash or Check: Send in cash or a check (made out to Broadmeadow PTC) in an envelope labeled "PTC" in your students' backpack.
If you have any questions, please contact Katie Murphy at giftfund@broadmeadowptc.org.
Please note: per state law, class gifts must remain anonymous, so family names and gift amounts will not be disclosed on the thank you notes. NEDP staff and the school crossing guard are not part of this Fund, because they are not Broadmeadow employees.

FINAL PTC MEETING
Mark Your Calendar! Our final PTC Board Meeting of the year is Friday, June 6 at 8:30am in the Performance Center. Join us to thank this year’s volunteers, welcome new faces, and preview our plans for next year.
PLUS: We’re still looking for volunteers to help make next year another great one! If you’re interested or know someone who would be a great fit, please email president@broadmeadowptc.org and bulletins@broadmeadowptc.org.
Open roles include:
Directory Committee — Help compile the Broadmeadow family directory by working with Matt Georgopulos to reconcile databases, gather family consent, and coordinate advertising. Ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with data. Most of the work takes place early in the school year (approximately September to November), so fall availability is helpful.
Tech Coordinator — Support the PTC behind the scenes by helping manage our Google Drive, maintain email aliases, and make occasional website updates. You’ll work alongside seasoned PTC volunteer, Joe Jiang, who can help you get up to speed. Perfect for someone who's comfortable with Google tools and looking for a low-demand, flexible way to contribute!
5th Grade Video Committee

VOLUNTEER IN THE LIBRARY
We’re in the final stretch of the school year, and our librarian, Jenn Potter, still needs parent volunteers to help shelve books and assist students with check-ins and check-outs. It’s a great way to support the school and see your child during the day! Click here to volunteer. Don’t forget to toggle the tabs at the top of the page to find your child’s class day.
Reminder: All volunteers must complete a formal Volunteer Training. If you haven’t volunteered this year and need a quick Media Center training, contact Samantha Pace at media@broadmeadowptc.org to schedule a session. This brief training ensures all volunteers feel confident and prepared. Thank you for helping keep our Media Center running smoothly—we couldn’t do it without you!
