Perfect print: custom printing
It is important for photographers to have refined printing skills—to understand that the camera and the enlarger are both tools that control and capture light to create an image. There are many techniques you can use in the darkroom to get better contrast, range of value, and overall composition. The goal of this project is to improve the quality of your prints by using filters, dodge/burn techniques, and cropping.
