15: INNER CIRCLE / CHESTER ROAD

I first thought this location was Hyde Park, but the area has changed so much since 1966 that I have found it impossible to identify.
David Hemmings is driving from right to left. The direction the black car is moving is right background to left foreground, and it appears to slow down behind another car, which is giving way to the stream of traffic containing David Hemmings (image 23_15_015).
The two pedestrians appear to be uniformed schoolchildren, a girl and a boy. The girl has a dark green cardigan on over a white blouse, and the boy has a black jacket on over a white shirt and (green/grey?) tie. Was this a regular route to/from a school in the Hyde Park or Regents Park area that had this uniform in 1966?
What is the brick-built building with what looks like a flat roof that is on the other side of the hedge from them?

Paul Canty has suggested the Inner or Outer Circles at Regents Park. I am hopeful as there are a lot more hedgerows still in existence.

My images confirm that this could be Chester Road, looking ENE, with the Park Police Station buildings having the flat roof (centre left)? See images below.
