1. Find a partner.
2. Get your partner to record how many push-ups you can do in the length of the song.
3. Swap roles.
All students at the beginning of this session are to complete as many push-ups as they can keeping in time to a beat. These will be recorded as ‘currency’ that individuals have, for trading purposes. Randomly choose five foreign investors who receive an extra $20 each, to demonstrate how foreign investors are expected to bring a certain amount of capital into NZ.
All students are to sit on the floor. All chairs are packed away. All tables are now known as ‘Houses/Property’. Students now bid for a tables. After a couple of auctions, stop the bidding and discuss how they could be ‘smarter’ in their investments. (Students may wish to form syndicate or conglomerates)
