Synopsis: A controlled experiment on the south coast of Wellington, in winter, with a brisk southerly coming in. It wasn't long before subject got VERY cold in the interests of science. Please note: This was a controlled experiment. Before the show started, the subject swallowed a pill-sized thermometer and strapped on a heart rate monitor. The crew had Wellington Free Ambulance, MSC and hypothermia expert Jim Cotter with them to monitor things.
