What are the benefits of learning a second language?

Each Languages session you will line up at the door like you did today and we will greet each other with the appropriate greeting:

Bonjour!

Salut!

We will come in and sit on the carpet and do the roll - remember to respond with the appropriate French greeting.

Par groupes de quatre ou cinq, répondre aux questions suivantes...

- Can you name some French-speaking countries in the world and any of their cities?

- Do you know any famous sports players / actors / singers who are French-speaking?

- Do you know any French traditions? (Sports, Sporting Events, Festivals etc.)

- Do you know any French products that we can find in NZ?

- Do you already know any French words or customs?

- Do you know anything about French food?
