Invitation to Welcome Tea  for Parents of Sec 1 students

Dear Sec 1 Parents,

On behalf of the school and the parents support group, Family@Barker, we extend a warm welcome to our school, ACS (Barker Road) and wish all parents a blessed lunar year of the dragon.

As your son commences his journey in a new chapter, a chapter where he will grow from a boy to a young man ~ a gentleman of ACS, we invite you to join us in supporting your son’s new chapter in pursuit of a holistic education and an enriching learning experience here in ACS (Barker Road).

For your son, the start of the school year marks a fresh beginning in secondary school education, joining a new academic level, making new friends and widening his knowledge through different learning experiences.

As parents, we want our sons to experience growth in every area so that they can grow up to be responsible young adults who can contribute to society in a meaningful way. As a community of dedicated and committed parent volunteers working alongside the school to improve the quality and standard of school life for our sons, Family@Barker continues to uphold our mission to nourish the spirit and well-being of the students, teachers and staff, as well as fellow parents.

Please accept our invitation to the Family@Barker, welcome tea. Come find out more about what we do, specifically in each of our 9 sub-committees and do join us as we embrace the spirit of camaraderie, foster friendships and build rapport among parents as we work together to nurture the well-being of our boys.
