Great Spaghetti Cookout (30 May 2013)

Food Ministry will be organizing the “Great Spaghetti Cookout” on  Thursday, 30th May, in the school canteen during recess.  Our goal is to cook enough spaghetti for 1400 young men.

We need your help in 3 areas:

• 1. At least 40 volunteers will be required to cook 5 packs (500 gram packs) of spaghetti each, with sauce of choice (if possible).  Just let us know if it is vegetarian, halal, no beef etc.

  2. We welcome any other food donations.  The boys are always keen on fried chicken wings, pizza, fish balls, brownies etc.  Food donations can be dropped off prior to recess if you are unable to stay and help serve.

  3. We also need 30 volunteers to help us set up and serve the food on the day itself.  The break times are as follows:

     • Upper Secondary - 10:00 am to 11:00 am

     • Lower Secondary - 11:00 am to 12:00 pm

     • Note: It doesn’t matter if you can only help for one session. 

We appreciate any kind of help you are able to extend, be it your time, food or funds.
