FM Term 2 Event: Looking for Volunteers...

Food Ministry
will be organising
our 2nd event of the year,
the "Great Spaghetti Cookout"
on 16 April (Wednesday),
in the school canteen during recess. Our goal is to cook spaghetti
to feed 1400 young men.
We need your help in the following 3 areas:
1) We need 50 volunteers to cook 4 packs (500g packs) of spaghetti each, together with a sauce of your choice. Just let us know whether the sauce is vegetarian, halal, no beef, etc...
If, however, you're only able to cook either just the spaghetti or the sauce, no worries, just let us know and we'll do the necessary.

2) We welcome any other food donations. The boys are always keen on fried chicken wings, fish balls, nuggets, brownies, etc... Food donations can be dropped off prior to recess if you are unable to stay and help serve.
3) We also need 30 volunteers to help us set up and serve the food on the day itself. The recess schedule is as follows:
Upper Secondary: 10 am -11 am
Lower Secondary: 11 am -12 pm
It's okay if you can only help for one session.
We appreciate any kind of help you are able to render, be it your time, food or funds. Just let us know by (Thursday) 10 April, if you are able to join us.
