FM looking for Volunteers for Term 2 Spaghetti Cookout

Food Ministry will be organising our 2nd event of the year, the "Great Spaghetti Cookout" on 22 May 2015, Friday, in the school canteen during recess. Our goal is to cook spaghetti to feed 1400 young men.

We need your help in the following 3 areas:

We need 50 volunteers to cook 4 packs (500g/packs) of spaghetti each, together with a sauce of your choice. Just let us know whether the sauce is vegetarian, halal, no beef, etc... If, however, you are only able to cook either just the spaghetti or the sauce, no worries, just let us know and we'll do the necessary. (For those of you who need a simple recipe for the spaghetti sauce, please contact us and we'll be glad to send one.)
We welcome any other food contributions. The boys are always keen on fried chicken wings, fish balls, nuggets, brownies, etc.... Food contributions can be dropped off prior to recess if you are unable to stay and help serve.
We also need 30 volunteers to help us set up and serve the food on the day itself. The recess schedule is as follows:
Upper Secondary - 10am - 11am
Lower Secondary - 11am - 12pm
It's okay if you can only help for one session.

We appreciate any kind of help you are able to render, be it your time, food or funds.
