Father-Teen Conflict Management Workshop

Post date: Apr 16, 2015 10:40:26 PM

Ever felt exasperated when dealing with your teenagers?

Ever wondered what you had done to deserve such disrespectful responses from your teenagers?

Ever felt like giving them a tight slap to wake them up?

YOU ARE NOT ALONE!

Learn and share at our Father-Teen Conflict Management Workshop!

This workshop aims to help fathers become aware of conflict triggers and understand the key perspectives of conflict. They will learn to focus on positive attributes and use effective conflict management strategies in handling disputes.  Fathers will be introduced to the Conflict Style Preference Inventory (COSPI), developed by Dr John Ng (Founding Chairman of EMCC), which provides them with a personal profile of their conflict style during difficult situations.

This insightful and interactive workshop allows fathers to openly share and discuss their experiences in handling real-life conflicts with their teenagers. In the process fathers learn to appreciate their conflict styles and better understand the differences in conflict styles and their impact on the stress level and quality of father-teen relationships.

The workshops are conducted by a team of dedicated father trainers, each experienced in their own fields of profession and passionate about playing a significant fathering role.
