Cross Country Run at East Coast

Greetings again from ACS(Barker Road) Food Ministry.
This is our latest update of our 1st Food Ministry at the East Coast Park for the coming Cross-Country Run.

Food: 1500 pcs of IKEA's hotdog buns @ $1.00 per piece
As we have decided to buy the hotdogs in bulk (through the help of Mrs Sharon Ho), we earnestly appeal to everyone to contribute in cash donation to help pay for the above cost - any amount welcome.
What we urgently need are the following :
1) a total of $1500 to pay for the buns above
2) Parents to help serve the food at the East Coast Park :
a) Pls be at the Dalbergia Green, East Coast Park; Carpark D1 by 8.30 am
3) Cheques must be written to ACS (Barker Road) and on the reverse side, please indicate for Food Ministry.
Pls drop your cheques at the drop-in box for "Donations for PSG" at the School Admin. Office. No cash to be dropped into box, please.
