Land Acknowledgement

The 2025 Canada Games respectfully acknowledge that the land and waters of which we are situated are the traditional territories of diverse Indigenous peoples, and we acknowledge with respect the diverse histories and cultures of the Beothuk, Mi’kmaq, Innu, and Inuit of Newfoundland and Labrador.
