For the spring semester of 2007, as part of an international teaching exchange, I taught at the Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha in Cuenca. I lived in my exchange partner's home in Valencia. I drew in Valencia and then used the university's equipment to turn my drawings into color photocopy monoprints. A year later I collaged the prints into Fireworks and Silk. Rhythms in Spain and Living in Style are black and white photocopy collages from the same year. In 2010 I made the digital print Valencia Silk.
