Concentration of total energy

In the moments of physical danger, there is no time to talk, think, discuss-even to think ‘why it happened’. The whole energy is concentrated in saving oneself from danger. There is intensity and alertness in action.

In other (psychologically) disturbing situations (loss, defame, disease, relationship problems and so on), we are carried away as if this situation should not be there, we are embroiled in ‘why and how’ of the situation instead of concentrating on action (or no-action) as in the moments of physical danger. When we are not embroiled in ‘why and how’, the whole energy is concentrated-action (or no-action) arises automatically. ‘What you want’ becomes clear.
