Pain is not alien

Sir,

What I am pointing out is that pain is not something alien. By pain, I mean all situations which are not liked by me. There is invariably psychological rejection of it. This rejection is the default setting of the mind.

When this rejection is kept at bay, the glands are suddenly recharged with the original energy, which sustains Life.

Then, probably any treatment will be effective.

The point is meditational(non-verbal). One has to just give attention to it.

One takes the support of 'should be' to ward off the impact of pain and uncertainty.

Pain and uncertainty is the functioning of the brain. These are compounded as stress, anxiety, disease when we do not see it, accept it.

Mind is under the illusion that it can have a state of complete psychological comfortableness or psychological comfortableness as defined by it.

Being aware of the illusion takes one to The Secret of Existence.
