Gold Tone Little Gem

Gold Tone have a fairly good reputation and I know that GT is their "budget" brand but I was a bit disappointed both with, despite being almost new, the fretboard started to peal off from the neck starting at the nut, and then with the attitude of Gold Tone customer support when I reported it to them. No warranty support and not even a raised eyebrow at this obvious QC issue! All I got from them was "Oh you should be able to glue that back down"‼ Despite the lesser branding this was not a cheap Banjo and I really thought they would respond better - Now I know what to expect from Gold Tone and its Cavate Emptor, (Buyer Beware)
