(Thesis)

Born in St. Petersberg, Russia, Nadya immigrated to the United States as a child. Growing up the daughter of an astrophysicist, Nadya always had an interest in science. After obtaining a degree in biology from Bowling Green State where she explored toxic algal blooms on the beaches of Lake Erie, Nadya joined our lab in 2016. Nadya's graduates work focused on exploring biodiversity in Nebraska and how our understanding of biodiversity affects our management activities.
