Annie Madsen

Lab Manager (2016-18)

Undergraduate Researcher (2016-18)

Assistant Lab Manager (2016)

Annie's interest in the outdoors as a child brought her to the University of Nebraska to pursue undergraduate degrees in Biology and Wildlife in Fisheries. Lucky for us, while she was an undergraduate Annie found time to run our lab, overseeing the army of undergraduates we had working on data entry as well as all the lab 'logistics'. At the same time Annie also pursued her own interests in research, leading a project on how weather conditions affect detection rates of camera traps. In 2019 Annie began a PhD program with Dai Shizuka at the University of Nebraska.
