Unplug the dryer and remove it to the yard if possible.

Older models need to have this clip removed(yer WE3X75 goes there)

WE3X75 drum bearing Note: dryer squeaks when this dude gets thin

That squeak....squeak...squeak thing is this bearing going out.

Remove the screws:

Lift the front out yer way

Bad drum glides(red arrows) make weird noises sorta like bad rear brake shoes on a garbage truck or bus; the plastic

slides and the bearing itself will wear out and the drum will hit the dryer door housing and eat down into it. Seen it.

Old style drum glide. Note: Makes a scrubbing metal to metal noise when the plastic has disentergrated.

Inside the dryer:

Note location of non-resetible limit (if bad dryer will not run)

A broken heating element:

Broken dryer element (can easily be restrung)No need to buy the whole new pan!

A good look at how dat belt oughta be if installed all propah.

Nice vid on home repair. Get a shop vac and remove all the lint you can.
