01. Introduction [1]
THE ANGUS FAMILY TREES
Note:--
Google has removed its 'classic' website and the trees have had to be moved to their 'new' website. The main "Angus Tree" was too large for the new site and we have had to make many adjustments in order to fit it into the format of Google's new site. All the previous information has been restored but on fewer pages.
All the parent/child links should be working but if you find any problems please contact me on angus15@talktalk.net HA
To navigate the tree simply click on the links on each page. The first number in the record name indicates the sub-level of the page in the tree. To step back a generation click on the parent link, and to go forward click on a child link. Each page in the tree has been given a reference number. This is the number in square brackets in the page title. We found the provided side bar to be unhelpful.

Over the years I have been contacted by a number of descendants and freely passed on information which has been passed to me, the idea of this site is for Angus/Angas descendants to collaborate and possibly add their individual trees to this site linked to this one so as to prevent this tree from becoming cumbersome and unwieldy. I will be contacting people I know to propose this idea.
Recently I was contacted by Ruth Jopling as there have been a number of marriages between the Joplings and the Angus/Angas she passed me an outline tree which cleared up some doubts about a Caleb Joplin. Brian

One of the co-owners of this site, Jeanette Angus lost her brave battle with Cancer at the beginning of 2013, her breast cancer seemed to be beaten but the cancer developed further. She was determined to make her family Christmas and see her grandchild. We will miss Jeanette, may she rest in peace. Jeanette put a lot of work into developing the family tree.
Brian Binns
We are sad to report that Brian Binns who instigated the development of this website sadly died in 2015.
