What a day!

glorious sunshine with Lunch on the terrace with more staff looking after us than members!!! What an amazing place Brocket is to visit. The practice facilities were second to none and the course a real challenge from tee to green and from green to tee! wonderful weather, great company and a very relaxed evening Ham Egg and chips with Gravy especially for Dave B.

The results

Champ of the Autumn Goblet (and he will get it when Ian Sperry returns it!)-

Winner Mr Stephen Captain Roberts with 37 points

Runner up on count back Richard Stephens with 29 points

The nearest the pin Cash Prize of £90 went to a guest Mr Steve Webb

Longest Drive, yours truly

The 2nd nearest the pin £30 cash prize was not won and given to the staff as a tip!

Well done to Stephen on a great round on a very tough course with difficult greens, great score.

Well done to Ray Austin for bringing 2 guests, they loved the day!

Vice Terry Wiggins did the presentations because Captain Stephen had to shoot off and gave us an insight into what we have in store for 2013, I loved the third joke about the gymnast, the vicar and the librarian, very clever, I am sure Stephen will do us proud at Xmas.......
