Treasurers Report

Captains report

Richard reported on a very successful year as Captain with rounds at Knebworth East Herts, Brookmans and Porters. Peter thanked the captain for a great report. Steve thanked Richard on an amazing effort as Captain during what was a particularly turbulent year for him health wise. Ray asked Richard for a new captain but he was unable to suggest anyone so Rob offered to be Captain for 2015- unanimously agreed.

Rob suggested winners get the trophies engraved and bring them to tournament before the event

It was decided that a competitions day would run on a separate event, probably in June

Election of members

Peter asked if we were going to collect outstanding subs for 2014. Rob thought we should waive this as an error.

Mike suggested sending an email to all members at the beginning of the season asking if people wanted to join. Rob offered to take on the role of collecting subs and Steve and he would send out an email with venues and a request to join the society.

Steve asked if anyone would collect cards to fill in John Cass points- Brian offered to collect these.
