How did you start orienteering? - My parents! Rumour has it I was pushed around in a pram with the map in hand at the age of 1

What is your favourite type of training? - Probably track intervals... Alot of speed to be gained here, I also love long runs in the Holy Land ( ie. The Curragh!)

What is your favourite type of terrain? - Sand dunes... Sheer uphill & downhills also preffered! Beautiful running forest (see maps of Denmark!)

What map do you like most in Ireland? - Inisbofin, Bere Island, Mullaghmeen
