Monotony and Boredom

This study is currently in progress. It seeks to determine if monotony within the backstory of math content leads to student boredom. Control

Students receive a Histogram questions from only one story context.

Hawkins, W., Heffernan, N., Baker, R. & Heffernan, C. (in preparation) An experiment to decrease boredom. Hawkins Master thesis is here that has analysis of the first 66 students but on May 9 we noticed hundreds had now done it so we are redoing the analysis now.
