Cream Cheese Icing

This is my very favorite cream cheese icing recipe. It is great for cookies and cakes. Cookies and cakes iced with this need to be refrigerated or frozen.

Ingredients

1, 8oz block of cream cheese

2 cups confectioners sugar

1 stick butter

1 tsp vanilla

-Mix all ingredients with the electric mixer until light, smooth, and creamy.
