Pink Ruffle Cake

Katie wanted a pink ruffle cake that looked like the Memory card for her 8th birthday (Oct. 14, 2015).

Ok, I didn't make it exactly the same, but it has the same spirit. To make this cake, I used 8 inch, 6 inch, and 4 inch round pans. So, the cake was relatively small but beautiful. I'm not going to write complete instructions for assembling the cake on this page. You can read the Elsa Cake page to see the instructions for baking and building this small 3 tier cake.

To decorate the cake, I used tip 32 for the shell boarder. Tip 107 for ruffles. I made the roses using the icing nail, tip 12, and tip 104. I also piped roses directly on top of cupcakes!

Katie LOVED her pink ruffle birthday cake and had a wonderful party!
