Buttercream Icing

2 sticks softened butter (not melted)

4 cups confectioners sugar

2 tablespoons milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix with electric beaters until light, smooth, and creamy. Store in refrigerator. Refrigerate cake after icing.
