Pow-wow at Seco Mines Elementary

At Seco MInes Elementary we have a tradition of celebrating Thanksgiving with a Pow-wow. The Kickapoo Tribe have been a part of this tradition for some years now and we are very thankful that they always make time to attend our humble school. We always appreciate their visit every year because they teach us about their history, dances, music, and traditions. We all enjoy learning about their native life. The !st and 2nd graders and teachers got to learn and experience, first hand, some of their great cultural dances. Once again on behalf of Seco Mines Elementary, we thank The Kickapoo tribe and want to wish everyone a Happy
